Kate tracks down a hacker, and gets a big surprise.

Wheres theUnstoppablereference, you know?

So begins an episode thats largely about Kates identity crisis.

How Queer Everything Is Today!

This latest romance angle bugs her more than anything because shes super gay, as she says.

Well get to that in a bit.

Shes not having much luck though.

Kate tries to talk to her and sort through this grief, but Mary is in denial.

Shes focused on literally anything else, and theres no breaking through.

So, Kate gets back to work.

Kate and Luke eventually track down the hacker, but they dont find what they expect.

Her ex recently outed her as gay to her parents, and ever since then theyve disowned her.

Unfortunately, thats no how bigotry works.

But everything isnt peachy here in Gotham.

When Kate returns to her office, she finds Alice there.

Alice is locked up with Sophie.

I dont even know where to begin.

Well have to wait for next weeks episode to see how this whole New Beth thing plays out.
