Whats in store for us?
Well, weve filmed in Alabama, Norway, Texas, we go to Alaska tomorrow.
We did a war special in Vietnam thats gonna be great.
Its still numb, so its not great.
But it looks okay now, which is good.
Vietnam is the highlight of the season for me.
Its a full-on place.
Its a real struggle just to survive let alone fight.
So I think that will really resonate strongly with people.

There are very few people who would take themselves that far out of their comfort zone and do it.

No, weve never reached that point, God willing.
We look out for each other.
We make a run at manage the risk as much as we can.
We watch each others backs and double check each others stuff.
Close shaves to me are bad, but the reality is we do have quite a lot of them.

What would you like people to know about how you film?
It would be a very boring show.
I get a really good briefing before we go.
So I do have a good idea of 80 percent of whats gonna happen.
And do you always hike from Point A to Point B?
Again, were talking huge distances sometimes.
So well use helis when we have to.
Theyll go out three weeks ahead of me, and go, That bits no good.
Those rapids we thought are gonna be good are boring, but down there, its great.
