The second installment ofBlack Lightnings new Book of Occupation arc is a bit more disjointed than the last.
but dont linger with any of them, giving the episode a fragmented feel.
But lets take a stab at run down what we know.

As it turns out, the Markovian threat is no joke.
First of all, Odell resurrects Khalil.
That leads to the episodes horrifying climax, in which Painkiller is sent to his moms apartment.
Shes overjoyed to see him, but soon realizes he doesnt recognize her in the slightest.
He then… kills her.
Its a gruesome death, too.
The Markovians will need to pose quite a threat so that justify doingthisto people.
