It seemed unlikely that you would have to cross universes to get to find such a person.
On top of that, Mysterio referred to the MCU as Earth-616.
Several things are different between those two continuities!
Then again, ifHollands rumoredSpider-Versecameohad actually materialized, this would be an easier claim to make.
But for now, it seems like Sonys solo Spider-movies will likely remain separate from the studios MCU collaborations.
