UPDATE:On Wednesday, a Massachusetts judge denied Kramers request to play with Aerosmith.
Although Im extremely disappointed by the Judges ruling today, I respect it, Kramer said in a statement.
They call Kramer our brother and state that above all, his wellbeing is of paramount importance to us.
