Stewart met Lagerfeld at a photo shoot in Paris in January 2012, according toBritish Vogue.
Earlier this year, she attended the Chanel show during Couture Fashion Week in Paris.
Blake Lively, Keira Knightly, and Diane Kruger have also represented the brand.
