Thecoroners reportfound that Miller died from mixed drug toxicity, including ethanol, fentanyl, and cocaine.

That has not been alleged at this time.

This is an ongoing investigation and that allegation could be added once we get to the time of indictment.

His arraignment is scheduled for Oct. 11, CBS Los Angeles reports.

If convicted of drug trafficking, Pettit could serve up to 20 years in federal prison.
