Warning: This article contains spoilers about SundaysPowerseries finale.
Those are Ghosts (Omari Hardwick) final words before he is shot by…his son.
But Quentin was smart enough to not be entirely played, and Tasha is arrested.

Cara Howe/Starz
As mother and son both tear up as shes taken away, Tasha tells Tariq to Go to school.
So now Im just preparing for how crazy its going to be when its officially out and confirmed.
Like, Aw man, whats going to happen now?
You recently posted about getting326 death threats.
Why you so stupid?
But now its way more.
So Ive been used to, but, honestly, it doesnt really affect me.
I just ignore it.
[Laughs] You literally want people to hate me.
Courtney is a genius and I dont go against a genius, so Im with it.
The plan was for Tasha to kill Ghost, but then Tariq has a change of heart.
I dont feel like any woman should have to do something like that.
What was it like getting into that mindset?
But this is a little extreme.
[Laughs] I dont relate to that.
I just internalized it and took it and did what I could do.
The fact that they built their relationship back is a good thing.
I definitely cried a lot.
Weve been working with each other for six years and these people are like a family to me.
Its an ending, but its a new beginning, so I was sad and happy as well.
Is it wild to think back on the journey and see how far you and the character came?
So, from that to being the last man standing, I really cant believe it.
Its still unreal to me, but Ive been taking it in more and more.
Its a blessing, and I couldnt be more thankful.
Hes definitely going to be focused on trying to help his mom and her situation.
But I feel like Tariq is going to do whatever he needs to do.
Tariq is going to be grinding a lot.
Do you think he finishes school?
We will see…hopefully.
Hes got to get that will.
Theyve got something in the works, but we will see whats going on.
So, reflecting back, Im very appreciative.
Being a part of a show like that, I couldnt have asked for anything better.
Thanks for chatting, Michael, and best of luck this weekend.
[Laughs] Thats what comes with it.
But Im ready for it.
