How much of that is an act by him, and how much of that aspect is real?

And we thought that that was an interesting thing to explore.
Theres a tiny moment where hes poking at Siddiqs baby and Siddiqs like, Hey, man.
Which is a real small thing, but sometimes thats how people start to reveal themselves.

And hes just good at wearing his mask.
And hes basically been sabotaging the water, so theyre all drinking unfiltered water.
Is that whats going on?Yeah, hes been sabotaging water.
So, did the Whisperer prisoner recognize Dante when he came in to treat him?
Did he know he was undercover?
And I think Dante says something like, Dont speak.
And the guy says, Never.
And you just think its like, Oh, the prisoners scared.
But yeah, certainly he sees somethings going on.

Does Daryl go through with it and start cutting?I think Daryl starts cutting.
Really?Well, I dont know.
I think hes pretty pissed off.
Hes just such a good guy.
Its never a personal thing.
He was wonderful to have.

I mean, they made a baby, so there clearly is was something between them that was worthwhile.
But I actually dont think the two of them were ever in love with each other.
I want to get into some of the Lydia stuff here.
We talked a lot in the writers room about people who dont bend-break.
And look at what Ive lost and what Ive done.
Thats going to have a big impact going forward.
Its not just anger or shock, theres real heartbreak there.
